Executive Summary

Home4all foundation is a non-profit organization driven by the vision that everyone needs a decent place to live, with its focus area on affordable housing.

The organization has since grown to become a leading global nonprofit working in local communities across all states in Malawi and plan to extend to the rest of developing countries in both Asia and Africa, and have helped more than 2 million people with improved living conditions since the establishment.

 

It promotes pioneering housing solutions helping families in need improve their housing situation and start into a better, self-determinant life.

 

As shown by research households need an average of 8 to 12.5 Times their Annual Income to able to own or buy a house.

 

We are concerned about the poor majority and excited about seeing improved living conditions. Around the world, a lot of people especially the average laborers currently live-in deplorable conditions fearing for their safety, security and their children’s future.

To achieve these goals, home4all engages in long-term relationships with trusted partners and works with housing market stakeholders to expand innovative and client-responsive services, projects and financing so that households can have access to low-cost housing and can improve their shelter more effectively and efficiently.
